Ahhh Yes the Finals Cometh. I am currently updating the Oztips Ladder to include your Spooners (+3, -2) and your Grand Finalists that have missed out (Hawthorn anyone? -2). It is a little time intensive and I am halfway through, so ignore the ladder for now... it will be done by Monday evening!
